If you prefer this payment

- specifying the product you want to order, including the complete name
of your company or organization, complete address, telephone number, email
address and the name of a contact in your organization.

once we have received your email
with the information above, we will confirm your order and provide
you with the necessary information that is needed by your bank to perform
the electronic transfer of funds directly into our bank account.

after receipt of the electronic
transfer of funds, and as applicable, you will receive from us an email
confirming the shipment of your order, or providing you with a URL (link)
for the downloading of the product you have purchased. If you have purchased
an ebook with a file size of less than 1 MB, the ebook file (PDF) will
be sent to you as an email attachment.
